Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What the suite does, how it is grounded in Philippine law, what it costs and how your material is handled.

What exactly is Lex Luceronis?+

A forensic legal suite for Philippine practice. It ingests your case documents, answers questions strictly from them, audits the record for defects, maps the evidence each side needs, produces tactical strategy and drafts filing-grade submissions.

Is this legal advice?+

No. Lex Luceronis produces analysis, drafts and research support for counsel and litigants. It does not create a lawyer-client relationship and its output must be reviewed by a lawyer before filing or relying on it.

Which law does it apply?+

Philippine law only — the Constitution, statutes, the Rules of Court, administrative issuances and Supreme Court jurisprudence. Every citation links directly to the LawPhil databank, with a Chan Robles Law Library fallback.

What files can I upload?+

PDFs, PNGs and JPGs, single files, batches, whole folders and live camera captures of physical documents. Scanned and photographed pages are read by the OCR engines.

How do credits work?+

New subscribers receive 10 trial credits. Each ingested file costs 2 credits, so two files cost 4 and so on, including camera captures. Top-ups are Php 1,000 for 100 credits and Php 10,000 for 1,000 credits.

Are my documents confidential?+

Your uploads, analyses and drafts sit in your own archive and are visible only to your account. Do not upload material you are not authorised to process.

Can it invent facts or citations?+

The system is instructed to answer only from the ingested record and to cite only real Philippine authority. Where the record is silent it says so instead of filling the gap.

How do I get started or extend usage?+

Create an account and open a matter, or contact Leandro C. Lucero directly at +63 921 733 7373 to arrange a trial period or a credit allocation.
